2-Day Busan City Tour from Seoul by KTX
Overview
Make your way to Busan, the second-largest metropolis in Korea, via a KTX express train at 300km/h. Busan is famous for spectacular beaches, fresh seafood, the biggest film festival in Asia, and was a rare piece of territory not captured by North Korea during the Korean War — so lots of refugee villages were created on the hills. All tours we offer are customized; whatever you want to experience in Busan, we can arrange. We will ensure your memorable time for 2 days in Busan.

Itinerary
Day 1
Seoul → Busan by KTX
Transfer from your hotel to Seoul Station and board the KTX high-speed train to Busan. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and begin exploring the historic neighborhoods and vibrant markets of Korea’s largest port city.
Visit the Choi Min-Shik Gallery, dedicated to one of Korea’s most respected documentary photographers, whose powerful black-and-white images captured the everyday lives of ordinary people in Busan. Continue to Amidong Tombstone Village, a hillside neighborhood with a unique history, where refugees settled during the Korean War and built homes over a former Japanese cemetery.
Explore the colorful Gamcheon Culture Village, famous for its maze-like alleys, brightly painted hillside houses, murals, small galleries, and panoramic views over the old port area.
Continue to Jagalchi Fish Market, Korea’s best-known seafood market, where you can experience the lively atmosphere of Busan’s fishing culture. Walk through nearby Gukje Market, one of the city’s largest traditional markets, before visiting BIFF Square, the historic heart of the Busan International Film Festival and a popular street-food area.
In the evening, head to Gwangalli Beach, one of Busan’s most iconic waterfront destinations. Enjoy a relaxing walk along the beach and take in the spectacular view of Gwangandaegyo Bridge, especially beautiful when illuminated after sunset.

Day 2
Busan → Seoul by KTX
Begin the day with a visit to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of Korea’s most scenic Buddhist temples, dramatically located on the rocky coastline overlooking the East Sea. Unlike most Korean temples built in the mountains, Haedong Yonggungsa offers a unique combination of traditional temple architecture, ocean views, and rugged coastal scenery.
Continue to Haeundae Beach, Busan’s most famous beach and one of Korea’s best-known seaside destinations. Enjoy the wide sandy shoreline and the lively atmosphere of the Haeundae district, where the modern city meets the sea.
Afterward, take a scenic walk around Dongbaek Island, a peaceful coastal area covered with pine and camellia trees. Follow the seaside walking path for beautiful views of Haeundae Beach, the coastline, and Gwangandaegyo Bridge.
Visit Nurimaru APEC House, the striking waterfront venue built for the 2005 APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting. Its location at the tip of Dongbaek Island provides panoramic views of the sea and Busan’s modern skyline, making it one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks.
After completing your Busan sightseeing, transfer to Busan Station and board the KTX high-speed train back to Seoul in the evening
