Day 1 Seoul / Overnight in Seoul

On the first day of our tour, we'll explore the vibrant downtown of Seoul, starting with Gyeongbokgung Palace, the heart of the Joseon Dynasty for over 500 years. Next, we’ll visit Bukchon Hanok Village, where 600 traditional Korean houses offer a glimpse into the past. In the afternoon, we'll enjoy a short hike up Naksan Park along the Seoul City Wall, with stunning views of the city and beyond. We'll end the day with a peaceful stroll along the revitalized downtown stream, once covered in concrete and now restored to its natural beauty.
Day 2 Suwon - Icheon - Sokcho / Overnight in Sokcho
Suwon Hwaseong Fortress - Icheon ceramic village; Ye's park
Suwon’s Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was built between 1794 and 1796 to protect the city and honor King Jeongjo’s filial piety. The fortress stretches 5.7 kilometers, with Paldalsan Mountain at its center.
Next, we'll visit Ye's Park in Icheon, Korea’s largest ceramics village, where you can experience pottery making on a traditional wheel. Afterward, we’ll head to Sokcho for your overnight stay.
Day 3 Sokcho / Overnight in Sokcho
Mt Seokaksan National Park
Seoraksan National Park, designated in 1970 and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, is known for its rare species and rich natural beauty.
You’ll begin the day with a scenic cable car ride to Gwongeumseong Fortress, offering stunning views of Seorak-dong and the iconic Sinheungsa Temple with its giant Buddha statue. Then, enjoy a leisurely hour-long hike through the picturesque Jujeongol Valley, immersing yourself in Seorak's natural splendor.
Day 4 Sokcho - Andong / Overnight in Andong
Andong Hahoe village - Byeongsan Sewon
Begin your journey through Korea's UNESCO World Heritage sites with a visit to Byeongsan Seowon, a Neo-Confucian academy that shaped Korean culture and education. Explore its historic grounds and architecture, immersing yourself in Confucian teachings.
Next, visit Hahoe Village, a traditional Korean village that preserves ancient architecture and offers a glimpse into the past. Stroll its paths, admire the houses, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
End the day with a captivating Mask Dance performance, where skilled dancers in intricate masks bring Korean folklore to life.
Day 5 Andong - Gyeongju / Overnight in Gyeongju

Your journey begins at Seokguram Grotto, a UNESCO World Heritage site housing a stunning Buddha statue and intricate carvings, set in a peaceful mountainside location.
Next, visit Bulguksa Temple, known for its beautiful architecture, serene courtyards, and ornate sculptures, offering a deep sense of spirituality.
Finally, explore Golgulsa Temple, renowned for its Sunmudo martial arts. Watch an impressive performance that highlights the discipline and harmony of this ancient practice (not available on Mondays and Tuesdays).
Day 6 Gyeongju / Overnight in Gyeongju

Today, immerse yourself in the rich history of the ancient Silla Kingdom.
Start by visiting the Old Tombs of the Royal Family, where Silla's rulers rest. These majestic tombs offer a glimpse into the royal legacy and archaeological significance of the era.
Next, explore the Palace Site and cross the stunning Woljeonggyo Bridge, imagining the power and opulence of the Silla court.
Visit the Gyeongju National Museum to delve deeper into the culture and brilliance of Silla.
End your day at the Hwangnyongsa Temple site, where the ancient stone pillars still evoke awe, a reminder of the grandeur lost to time.
Day 7 Busan / Overnight in Busan
Igidae Costal Walk - Amidong Tombstone / Gamchun culture village - UN MemorialCemetery
Begin your exploration of historic Busan at Amidong Tombstone Village, a former refuge camp with Japanese tombs, and then head to Gamcheon Village, known as the "Machu Picchu of Busan." This colorful, artistic neighborhood was also once a refuge camp, now filled with vibrant murals and narrow alleys.
Next, visit the UN Cemetery, a solemn site honoring soldiers who lost their lives in the Korean War.
Finish your day with a scenic walk along the Igidae Coastal Trail, offering breathtaking views of Gwangan Bridge, the beach, and the coastline.
Day 8 Busan / Overnight in Suncheon

Start your day at Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, a stunning Buddhist temple perched on cliffs overlooking the ocean. Make a wish at the famous wishing pond for good luck.

Day 9 Suncheon / Overnight in Suncheon

Upon arrival, head straight to Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak), a stunning volcanic cone with breathtaking views of the sea. Afterward, explore the fascinating Manjanggul Cave, a tunnel formed by ancient lava flows. Before heading to your hotel, stop by a traditional open market to experience the vibrant local culture and discover a variety of goods and delicacies.
Day 11 Jeju Island / Overnight in Jeju Island

On the second day of your Jeju Island adventure, you will explore the stunning Sanbangsan Mountain and the enchanting Yongmeri Coast. On the final day of your tour in Jeju, enjoy a scenic hike along Jeju’s Olle Trail Course No. 6, which spans 11 km through coastal views and Seogwipo City. Starting at Soesokkak-dari Bridge, you’ll pass landmarks like the Seogwipo KAL Hotel and Honeymoon House Observatory, offering stunning ocean vistas. (Duration: 3-4 hours, Difficulty: Easy)
Afterward, explore the lively Olle Market for local produce, crafts, and street food. Finish the day with a visit to Jeju Seongeup Folk Village, where you can experience the island’s traditional lifestyle and customs.
Day 13 Seoul / Overnight in Seoul
DMZ Tour [ Imjingak Park-Dora Observatory-The 3rd Tunnel] - N Seoul Tower
On the final day of your tour, you'll visit the DMZ, the historic site of the Korean Peninsula's division. The DMZ tour includes stops at Imjingak Peace Park, Dorasan Observatory, and the Third Tunnel. Afterward, return to Seoul and head to Namsan Seoul Tower in the evening. Enjoy panoramic views of the city's skyline, marking the end of your 13-day tour of South Korea.
